Default Is this appropriate for a funeral??

Im going to my boss's (i considered him my friend). Im making a speech, its in the arvo/early evening tomorow.
Is this dress appropriate? Dress with jacket, panty hose and black, closed in flat shoes.

I think it's fine. The last few funerals I've been to there doesn't seem to be the whole traditional black anymore, but that's perfect.
