Primary school classroom/music teacher. I absolutely love it and can't wait to go back next year.

I am a construction lawyer specialising in major projects. After working in law firms for 20 years in brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong I've starting working for myself consulting to a major transport infrastructure service in perth. I love it because the hours are incredibly flexible (I still do all the school runs and volunteer at the school) and the pay is great. The work is easy too. I'm on leave until February when I'll go back 2 days a week.

Im a loans processor / admin assistant for a mortgage broker, and an early childhood worker...

I started studying childcare with the intention of starting family day care... but then my old employer (pre babies) asked me to come back part time. So im doing that for now while finishing my training and work placement.... which I also adore.

I love my team, enjoy the work and I get good money. What id earn full time in childcare I earn in less than 3 days in this role.

I also loved being a SAHM but the budget wont allow...

No idea where ill be in 2 years. Maybe on maternity leave ;-)

Bk (before kids) I was a cleaner at mine site, not glamorous at all and a dirty job but I enjoyed it because of the people I worked with plus the pay was awesome. I am lucky DHs wage allows me to be a SAHM but with 2 of the 3 kids at school I am getting restless so we are looking at starting a web based business selling specialty plus size and regular sized clothing.

Try and get work out of the hospitals. I do the odd casual shift as money can't be beaten but before that I did two years in the hospital when finishing uni and since then I've worked as a remote area nurse in health clinics ( can't really do that obviously unless you want to move your whole family), child womens health nurse ( again remote), vaccination nurse at a maternal child health clinic, coordinating a public health program plus a lot of humatarian work abroad. I've also looked into jobs with Repromed, family planning, Centre for Disease Control( TB nurse, vaccination project officer etc), detention centres. None have shift work, ( except remote being on call), most pay fantastically - up here at least. Totally different type of nursing. I enjoy hospital now as I can do it with my eyes closed abd I can just walk in then out at the end of the shift and not think about it again. Plus there are Dr's around to help!
