Default TTC - what vitamins/supplements/prescriptions are you taking?

I just wanted to get a feel for what people are doing to help them while TTC prescriptions obviously are going to differ depending on situations etc but as far as vitamins etc go I'm curious to see what everyone else is taking

    AFM each day I take:
    Natures Way Pregnancy mini
    Natures way Fish oil mini
    Chromium (for sugar cravings)
Inner health plus (Cause my stomach hates me)

    prescriptions:
    Gonal-f 100iu injections
I'm currently being weaned off Lexapro (anti anxiety) as it is not pregnancy safe.

    DH is taking:
    Cenovis Men's Mutli
Natures owns fish oil (x 2)
    Inner health plus

    prescriptions:
    Prestiq

I'm wondering if I should look at changing DH to menevit as he has healthy sperms but a very very low count... has anyone had any luck with that?

    Hiya,

I'm not ttc until early next year but I am also on lexapro for anxiety and would be interested to hear how you go weaning off it.

Currently I also take vitamin D as I'm deficient, and when I remember I take a multivitamin, a couple of herbs from my naturopath to help with adrenal health and occasionally health food supplements like maqui capsules.

My naturopath is also getting me some folinic acid (purer form than folic acid) as I've heard it can help with psoriasis which I suffer from- plus it will be beneficial when I go to ttc.

I have some prenatal vitamins left over from my miscarriage earlier in the year so I will probably start to take those soon too.

so far so good with the weaning off Lexapro at this stage I've just halved my dose so from 10 to 5 a day although I've put all my close friends and couple of work colleagues on alert to point out to me or DH if they think i'm starting to exhibit a lot of my anxiety behaviours again so I can get my butt back in therapy which I found really helpful

DH has psoriasis too I haven't heard of using folinic acid for it, the only thing we've found that works for him is regular trips to the beach which seem to keep the redness, flaking and itching at bay

I weaned myself off Pristiq last year, it was really horrible but totally worth it. Keep at it
