    Shortened versions of Hudson??
    Hud
Huddy Huddo The Hudster Hudman . None of these particularly offensive though.

Kids will make nicknames out of anything. We have an unusual last name and the boys get this really dumb nickname out of it - but it's not offensive and they don't seem to mind!!

Thanks very much for everyone's ideas, there's some great names been suggested. Now to try and settle on one that hubby and I both agree on lol.

I am having the same issue. I really like Riley and Kayden but daddy isn't liking them and isn't bringing anything else to the table and frustrates me by joking about it by presenting movie character names such as Romeo. I am only halfway through so still plenty of time but I have told him if he hasn't come up with or agreed on something before bub is born, I will be deciding without him! (bear in mind this may just be hormones making me so very frustrated at there being no helpful suggestions.) I will be following this post!!

We must have the same taste in names.
We have an Archer (Archie for short), it's a fabulous name. DD was going to be Fergus if she had been a boy and for most of our pregnancy with DS we were going to call him Reginald, Reg for short.

The only two I'd add are Jett and Caleb. Both go well with William.

Thank you all for the name ideas. We welcomed a little boy into the world 10 days ago and called him "Angus William" which suits him perfectly.
