Welcome Kittybee, so nice that you finally got your BFP after such a journey.

Thats good to know Jay11, I have been feeling a bit queasy in the mornings and think it is the milk too. Feel fine if I have toast for breaky.

Excited for the ladies who have 12 week scans today. Just a question for you. Is your 12 week scan right on 12 weeks or a few days earlier? I would like to have my 12 week scan done a few days before hand, as we will be in Port Douglas for a wedding when I hit the 12 week mark and would be nice to be able to share our news.

I'm 8 weeks today and having few symptoms now, they have kind of been on and off. Looking forward to another scan Wednesday week. Will be interesting to see how much the bean has grown.

    to you Butterfly.

Jay just remember that black tea does also contain caffeine, so depending on how much you want to avoid it just be careful with your intake. I've found since hitting 2nd tri my caffeine headaches have been coming back. I didn't want coffee at all to start with, but now just having one a day keeps the headaches away!

ABH the scan can be done between 11 weeks and 13 weeks + ?? days. They generally say 12 weeks in case your dates are a bit out, so you'll be fine to book it in a few days earlier. I was told to have the BT done at 10 weeks, but then didn't get the combined results until a few days after the scan was done - so make sure you give yourself plenty of time

Welcome Kittybee - glad you could join us, congratulations!

Baby all good! So happy 😊 Looks healthy, with a nose bone and good fluid around the neck. Just getting bloods now to determine if I'm low risk.
    6.1cm long.
    12 weeks 2 days
Still keeping the 17th April as my due date.

    Hey girls...

Not good news unfortunately, sacs had collapsed on scan and I started misoprostal yesterday which seems to have started the ball rolling ending the pregnancy.... May still need a d&c next week depending on how things go which is to be expected.

Although not what I hoped for, my women's intuition had already given me the answer and I am now in a good place in terms of accepting what is, and moving forward.

thankyou all so much everyone for showing such unconditional care and support .... And warmest congratulations to each and everyone one of you strong ladies for overcoming so many tough hurdles to get to this point. I wish you all happy pregnancies and will be popping in from time to time to see how you are all getting on. Ill have my next embies transferred in about 6 weeks so hopefully I will be back on track if not then, in the near future.

    love to all xxxx

    Lovely pics Lotsa

Butterfly I'm sorry that things didn't turn out better for you. You seem to have a very positive attitude about it though which is great - best of luck for your little embies in 6 weeks!

Great news today at your scan Lotsa! I'm still really anxious about mine next week.
Arlais, I was so surprised by your risk factor. I agree it's better the measurements are good but the bloods out. There are lots of reassuring posts in the Help with Results thread about low Pap A. I think it will all be fine for you but it is another worry you don't need!

The caffeine thing is tricky. With my first pregnancy I avoided it as much as possible till about 20 weeks then had decaf coffee only. I've had black tea occasionally this time but no coffee. I love coffee so not only is that hard, I think it's a giveaway to friends!

I agree with whoever wrote 'my tired is tired'. I am still so so tired as well as cranky and hormonal. DH and I have been arguing alot lately. Mostly because I am so tired and snappy and well, he's a bit annoying! He's working from home at the moment and I don't enjoy him in my space. (I'm still at home with DS1). We've had a fight today and he's gone out. I haven't syopped crying for nearly 2 hours Thought I'd left all this hormonal moodiness behindwith the IVF drugs. Anyway, should get on with enjoying the peace and quiet. Sorry about the vent!!!
