Thank you so much ladies, I really appreciate your messages of support and advice. I am going to try really hard to take it day by day... this is not easy for me as I am a planner and like to think ahead but I know this isn't something I can't control. In the mean time I will try and keep myself busy then hopefully i can just konk out at night time. At least this is a busy time of year!! I am sure I will be back in asking more questions here and there as you said Arlais it's nice to hear from people who have been through the same things as I have. Thank you all again xx

ABH - yes, I've bought a few things from ASOS online.. They are reasonably priced and not daggy. I bought a belly band from big w and it's great. Just leave my work pants undone and put it over the top. I don't want to spend too much on maternity wear. My boobs went up a size by 8 weeks! I found these cheap crop top bras from Kmart and they are so comfortable. It's too early to buy maternity bras for me.. Who knows how much bigger they will get my then! Lol

JB - I'm sorry to say but you always worry.. I'm 16 weeks and still worrying if everything is ok.. I never thought it would be like this. Try to look after yourself, don't overdo things but try and keep busy..

JJ - I've got some crop tops too which are very comfortable. I'm only a few weeks ahead of you. They say you can get maternity bras anytime from about 4 months. They fit you to leave room for growth and for your milk to come in. I'd hoped to maybe wait until the Christmas sales but DS was having a good shopping day, the girls were free to help, so I just decided to do it.

Yay amps!!! Must be nice to be at home where you can get some dcent rest.

I'm excited to report that my girls are finally growing and I'm almost filling my B cup, woo hoo! The only thing I've bought is a belly band but still haven't need to use it. I told my supervisor yesterday and she can't believe I'm as far along as I am. I must be hiding it quite well!!

Fantastics news you're home Amps!! woo hoo!!! take it easy & get lots of rest.

I'm 17wks + and started getting these sharp abdominal pains in the area of my uterus (ie lower down) last night. Anyone else had these?? Is it normal?

It's fine Orchids, I've been having those sharp pains since about then too - it's all your ligaments stretching out.

Give it another week and you'll probably start struggling to turn over in bed and get up off the couch because the muscles you usually use are otherwise occupied!! Have fun
