    Default Twins?!

I got my bfp 8 days ago at 3 weeks
I had an ultrasound yesterday and they couldn't see much but they saw 2 corpus cysts ( one is measuring a bit smaller) and a bleed on both sides of my uterus
Could the bleed be from both twins implanting ?

    Thanks

Could be, but just because you ovulated twice doesn't mean both eggs were fertilised. You'll be able to find out for sure in a few weeks
