    Yes!!

My husband works away for 3-4 weeks at a time so I don't even get the adult conversation of an evening.

I'm home with an almost 5 month old and a 21 month old. Try to get out to play group, mothers group etc but some days it's too hard to get out of the house and that's when the loneliness really hits. I also find weekends worse as everyone is doing family time so no catch ups etc planned.

    Thanks ladies!

Nice to know im not alone as such...

How do you find like minded friends? I have long term friends and mothers group friends that I guess are same situation friends but I rarely find people with similar ideas on parenting or life really as me...

Just meet lots of people. Eventually you will find someone you click with. But you need to put yourself out there.
