Bond, Sienna has only just come out of that wonder week. It was an absolute nightmare.

MrsLA, Sienna went really well on the plane. I gave her a bottle during take off and she fell asleep. She slept for half an hour, then just day nicely until they started the descent. Then I gave her a bottle again, which she drank almost til landing. There was a 15 month old behind us, that screamed for the last 15 mins of the flight. Sienna cried along with her for a minute and then stopped. I was so relieved that it went well. Only downside was she decided pooing during the flight was a good idea

Its really awkward changing a baby on a plane isn't it! Glad she went ok. Enjoy your holiday!

This wonder week (or weeks!) really is the worst! We're back to feeding to sleep after all my hard work at sleep school. But pretty sure she'll come good again. I need sleep!

    How is everyone else?

Bond that wonder week was the worst! It lasted about 5 weeks for us. I didn't know what was going on. But she eventually went back to sleeping better. I hope it's over soon for you and Meadow. I hear you with feeling cooped up inside with the extreme heat. It's making it hard for me to decide what to dress Ava in overnight. Cooler nights are much easier!

MrsLa - Rhett is growing so well. Good work!

Lil Smurfy glad that the flight went well with Sienna, except for the dirty nappy. Enjoy the cruise!

Ava has cut her second tooth. I'm amazed at the changes she's made from 6-7mths. She has really found her voice and is quite vocal. It's actually a bit embarrassing in public

    Here's the sketch...

Wow Maybee that pic is so cool!!

Smurfy - good to hear Sienna went well on the flight

MissX - hugs. I completely understand where u r coming from. I'm feeling completely out of sorts at the moment too. I know it's not depression or anything but I just feel so frustrated.

J- Mr C has now decided that biting while pulling the nipple is fun (thank god he doesn't have teeth yet!) and arching his back while digging his legs in is the latest cool thing to do..

MrsLA - I can't believe how big Rhett is!

    Hi to everyone else!

AFM- plodding along. C is doing well, becoming a little character. DD started kindy a week ago so life has now gotten busier with pick up/drop offs to contend with around nap times.. Feeling a bit cooped up cos the kindy run are really my only trips out (apart from to the shops) so I'm going a bit crazy. I've been searching for weeks for a mums group but everything is either on the days DD is home, or if it's on a day she's at kindy it's not running atm.. Finally got in to one today starting in march. I'll have to leave early all the time tho cos of the kindy pick up

Thanks Maybee. That gives me hope it may end soon and not be a permanent feature! Started on the dot around 22.5 weeks from due date and we're almost at 26 weeks now, which is meant to be one of the worst periods. And it so is!
The sketch is lovely, very special.

Waiting, could you try a playgroup too? There are listings on the playgroups association page and don't just have to be for older ones. Or how about the ABA? They are active in my area and have regular groups going on, from coffee mornings to discussion groups. You could join and see what's happening locally. Also your local library may have a free song time session each week and you could try taking Caleb swimming or to a baby music class or baby gym or similar. Can you tell I try to keep myself busy?!

Waiting, such a shame I have to go back to work, we could have caught up regularly.

Sienna is not enjoying being away from home. Getting her to eat solids or drink is proving difficult, then she completely freaks out every evening. Today we get on the ship, so should be reasonably quiet

Don't go back to work then! :P shame sienna has been so unsettled, hope today was better

Bond - I've tried a couple of local playgroups none have little babies attending and the one I was going to with DD is on a day she is at kindy. Seems pointless me going with just Caleb when he is so young and no other babies there
