MrsLA, Thanks for the pic overload! He's very cute. Congratulations!!! Sounds like a nice quick birth, shame about the tear. How are you feeling?

We had another fun night with Sienna (well I did, hubby slept). Couldn't get her to sleep Neil 11:00, then she was up at 2:30, 3:15, 4:00 didn't go to sleep til 5, and is still asleep now (8:10). If only we could have skipped a few of the wake ups in the middle. I don't know whether she's waking cos it's warm

Has anyone's bub had oral thrush at a very early age? Rhett is 11 days old and has it
Just wondering what treatment anyone used? I got conflicting advice from gp and pharmacy.

My bub hasn't, but I'm pretty sure the treatment is daktarin for both your nipple and his mouth. Get a 2nd opinion from another GP? Sorry you have to deal with this already!

Hi Mrs La, no sorry we've not had it. You poor things! Love the pics you posted.

Smurfy, i hope Sienna sleeps better tonight! Could well be the heat. I am expecting bad nights from Meadow this week. We don't have air con but guess it cools down more at night in the ACT however the house still feels so hot to us! Planning to go out for dinner lots to our local club so Toby can play and visit plenty of places with air con!

DH is working for next 11 days straight, long hours too due to the high temperatures and fire danger. Dreading it. Will be frazzled by the end and had such a bad day today. DH had a rostered day off and we have done nothing but argue. He really embarrassed me in front of his mum on skype this morning and since then its been horrid. I have walked out for a break and left him with the kids. Need some space, which I figure is better than the kids suffering if i lose it in front of them. He'll cope. Just reminding myself its normal to have bad days in marriage and not get too depressed about it

Mrs LA, we haven't had it either

Bond, every marriage has bad days. Good on you for going out for space and letting him deal with the kids. I hope you sort out your issues soon.

Yes! River had the liquid first which cleared up most of it but then the paste/cream prescribed by pediatrician. Don't forget to treat your nipples as well.
