Quick update from me so sorry for lack of personals!

We are on our third night here tonight at sleep school. We come out on Sunday. It is really great, and there are very supportive and caring staff who are all registered midwives. Its like a little bubble where I only have to worry about me and Meadow and I love it. DH keeps calling it my 'holiday'! Well not quite as I am doing the hard job of weaning her off feeding to sleep and when she wakes too soon in the night! But she is doing rather well. I am tired but coping as they are there for you whenever you need help. All the methods are gentle and there is no controlled crying, its comfort settling.

Will update again when we're on the outside!

Hi FTM, his gorgeous is Vale?! Wow can't believe she is 8 months already! Where'd the time go?? :O

oh that sucks about going back to work Toni! That snuck up rather quickly is River going to day care on those days? I couldn't imagine leaving Aurora, that must be quite rough on you
    how are you feeling today?

I've got a question... When can you start DTD after birth? I've heard conflicting things.... One was you need to wear a condom for infection?

I was told 6 weeks because even if you feel ok, you're still healing on the inside. I was never told to use condoms. I was still seeing bits of stitches on toilet paper at 6 weeks, so waited til after my 8 week checkup.
