Toni...I know your husband's disability, but I didn't really understand what you meant about maximising years of freedom. Am I simple?

FTM, I am not on FB (I have a pathological aversion to it!!), so could not view your stuff. But based on your little model in Vale, am sure you will do well.

Currently he can get around out of his wheelchair and is rather mobile and independent. However the shoulder is not made to be used the way he uses it, eventually he will be confined to the chair. He is eligible for 2 shoulder replacements but we don't want very young children when he has that surgery the first time.

    Sounds sensible Toni.
So are you guys officially trying now?
I am a little sad that my pregnancy days are over...there is something very special about carrying a baby.

We aren't doing anything different than we have this whole time but I guess it depends on the outcome of the appointment. I'd like to be pregnant early next year if possible. My Ob is away all of January so not sure when I would start any treatment if that's necessary. I hope the next pregnancy is a little more enjoyable but I do love growing a baby. It will most likely be my last as I don't think we can afford a third.

FTM- will take a look at your page very soon. Sounds good!

Smurfy- not sure about age gap for next baby yet. But would be good if Toby had started pre school which is Feb 2015. Meadow will be 18 months old then, but a gap that small would be really hard I think based on my experiences so far! We'll see!

AFM- I tried formula last night and today but she wouldn't take it!! Wasn't sure if it was the taste of it. Or the bottle. So persevered with expressing and got 50ml which I just tried to give her as a dream feed top up. Nope! Having none of it, just wants boobs! She took EBM from the same bottle while we were overseas and i went out for the evening with a friend. So hope she'll take it again otherwise I am worried I can never leave her! Will try again tomorrow when she is awake and happy. Starting to panic a bit. What if i am sick or some other reason I physically can't BF her but she won't take a bottle? Argghh.
