Yes I have heaps of the rockabye lullaby CDs - love them!!!

Love the bumbo photos. I was at a mums group this morning and one of them said that Chelsea looks ready for her bumbo! Hmm.... Not sure... But might give it a go.

I am loving breastfeeding and was thinking of introducing solids at 4 months, but she is getting so much goodness already, that I might just start introducing purée fruits and wait until Chelsea starts to look interested!

Had Chelsea weighed the other day and she 6.3kgs at 11 weeks! Big bubba!

Thinking of getting Santa photos done tomorrow! Little excited!!!

Wow that's a great weight, Chelsea is doing very well! Christmas photos, so exciting! I saw the cutest little dresses is target the other day. Might have to treat Meadow and Toby to a new outfit and get some pics done too!

I have one very over tired baby on my hands. Been close to losing the plot several times today, she is cat napping so much and being out at her usual long nap time for my appointment has done her, or I, no favours. Unfortunately tomorrow I have an appointment to see the MCHN at 2.30 so similar situation. But won't have to leave as early so if i can get her asleep from 12-2 it should be ok! I hope!

I've been prescribed maxolon again for my stomach which also increases prolactin. So an added bonus for Meadow if it boosts my supply.

Bond, that's not good that Meadow is overtired. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Bond, what is the basis for your gastroparesis if you don't mind me asking? Are you diabetic? The metoclopramide (Maxolon) will certainly help, but you need to be vigilant about taking it regularly.
MissX...great weight for little Chelsea! Lucy was 6.450kg at her 4 month MCHN appt. She dropped from WAY over the 100th percentile at birth (4.715kg) to the 50th percentile. Probably a good thing else she'd be enormous by now! She is contented and that's all I care about.
I am feeling like a crap mother today. I lost my **** with Oscar this morning, as he was jumping on my bed harrassing Lucy when I was trying to settle her. He meant no harm, he was just playing...but it was really annoying and I snapped at him. Then he cried and wanted cuddles, and as I cuddled him I just felt so terrible. He is only 3 so he just doesn't understand "don't harrass the baby!".

J, I'm sure he's already forgiven you for snapping. I can only imagine how hard it is with 2 kids.

J- no not diabetic, just developed idiopathic gastroparesis during my teens. Absolutely no idea of the cause. Was only finally diagnosed a couple of years ago after pushing for a gastric emptying study in the UK. I've had maxolon before but not noticed too much effect with any drugs to be honest. But it's been a while since i took anything due to pregnancy so will try it again. Only other treatment route is to have a gastric stimulator (pacemaker) fitted but it's quite experimental from what I've been told and read.

Don't beat yourself up too much about losing it with Oscar. I did a similar thing with Toby yesterday morning, as he wouldn't leave me alone to get Meadow to sleep. The point was that I could then play with him if he'd just wait for her to sleep, but like you said, three year olds just don't understand. I felt terrible about it too. Really don't want him to get resentful!

MissX I love those CDs too. Chelsea sure put on good weight. Have fun doing Santa photos.

J it must be hard with a little one. I found my nephew difficult enough but did get a cute photo which ill post in a minute of him feeding River. Great that Lucy settled onto a good percentile for you.

Bond I hope Meadow slept for you last night. I'm sure Toby won't be resentful especially as you seem to play with him at every chance.

AFM River has a cold, she is all snuffly and unhappy poor baby. So far she has had gastro requiring overnight in hosp, fell off the bed requiring the ambulance and now a cold and DP was away for all of them :-(

On the up side she is 21w today and as of 2 days ago up on her hands and knees rocking back and forward. She then gives up lays down and drags herself haha. Will post a pic of her doing that too. Not the best because she keeps moving.
