    Default Exercise bike???

Hi, so my doctor said I cannot ride my Exercise bike, just incase I fall off
But I really want to do a"light ride" that won't hurt the baby

    Or will it??

That is one of the strangest things I have heard a doctor say. Fall off your exercise bike??? I say go for it, you are not going to fall off your exercise bike. You are far more likely to crash your car and I doubt he told you to stop driving!

Umm, really?! You'd have more chance of falling down stairs! I say ride the bike.

Just be careful getting off and on when you're a bit bigger and your centre of gravity is shifted. I think you're pretty safe on it though lol. Make sure you wear your seatbelt!
