    Default Greasy breakfast

Hi ladies.I'm not sure if this is relevant but I had hot chips for brekkie and I threw up.

I know fatty foods are bad
But I don't like eating healthy .I'm trying but I'm such a pig.

Does anyone have a healthy brekkie suggestions that's good yo eat rather than just an apple.

Because yesterday all I had was fruit and I ended up binging for junkfood

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum

What about a lovely Bircher muesli? You can make enough for 3-4 days and keep it in the fridge ready to go

throw all the rubbish food out. if it's not there, you won't be eating it. try toast for breakfast with some eggs and grilled tomato. or even just plain jam on toast if you want something simple.

My "junk" breakfast is a homemade egg and bacon muffin. Whole meal English muffin, toasted with a slice of lean shortcut bacon, an egg and a slice of Kraft cheese (light, if you're really watching the calories). I only use a spray of olive oil in my awesome seasoned fry pan (hardly anything sticks). It feels like a junk food breakfast but it's not. The cheese is probably the worst thing given how processed it is, so you can leave it off.
Egg and bacon rolls are awesome as well, again, with just a spray of oil in the pan.
Eggs are good for you and lean bacon is quite low in calories if you stick to one slice of shortcut.

I agree with the Bircher muesli recipe as well. So decadent and filling. And I had beans on toast this morning. Stick with a whole grain or whole meal bread and you'll feel fuller for longer as well.

You can make a 'junk' breakfast healthier.
Use wholemeal toast instead of white.
Use some salt reduced baked beans.
Grill some tomato as opposed to frying it.
    Boil some eggs.
Top it all with some avocado or spinach as suggested by pp's.
