Default Spin off - who has taken their child to a Chiro?

Did they advise you on vaxes?

Mine has never mentioned it. The only thing she has ever recommended is colloidal silver.

Yes, I have. No, she never mentioned anything about vaxes.

I have gone to another chiro for years now, and he knows that I have children, and he has never recommend that I do anything other than panadol and heatpacks. Not really highly controversial stuff...

Yes I took dd when she was a baby. Don't recall anything about vaccinating specifically, although there was a lot of stuff about introducing food and allergies and things.

yep - i've taken (and continue to take) DD2 to the chiro.

She had tight neck muscles and arms when she was born and had great response to the "adjustments". Our chiro only ever used finger pressure and massage on her.

I think it is important to remember that in any "profession" there is room for error and that negative outcomes can occur.....but on the whole, treatment can be very beneficial and safe

eta - i don't recall her advising about vaxxing

I took DS2 to one once and nothing was mentioned but his reflux became much much worse after so we never took him back.

Yep we took dd at 6 weeks, neck improved she told us put toys on that side etc and went back again reflux was much better!!

This was when I was still BF. I switched to FF towards end and bub was sleeping through as we'll.

Never suggested vaccinations :s I love my chiro we all see her! She would be astounded if this was mentioned

I took DS up until recently as he suffered bad colic and reflux but he never mentioned vaccinations but as PP said he was anti dairy and told me none of his three children had ever had cows milk or any antibiotics (his kids were between 1 and 9 from memory)
