    Default ? Pain in cervix

Does anyone know what this is? Or have you experienced?
Today I've had infrequent sharp shooting pain in what I am assuming is my cervix.
It's gone as soon as it happens.
    Any ideas?

I call it vagina lightning cos it feels like you've been struck by lightning in and around the cervix. Dr Google claims it's either bubs dancing on the cervix or effacement, which can start long before you go into labour. Usually nothing to worry about unless you start losing chunks of plug or fluid is leaking out. Mostly it's just painful and unpleasant

LOL, vagina lightening is very apt!
    It's exactly like that.
Thanks for the the info. Bub is breech so chances are the dancing theory fits.
No plug loss and it's not distressing so I'll just keep on keeping on.
    Thanks again!
