    My DS was 6months when it was his first Xmas & he only cared about the wrapping paper on the day. We got him clothes, swimmers. A baby pool & some toys for the next 6 months. He used it all over the next year though

    They don't understand or remember but you will! DS was 3 months old for his first Xmas - I just wrapped everything I'd bought for him for that coming year and have great photos/videos of him Xmas morning surrounded by all his presents!

    Ds was 11 months old for his first Christmas. I wrapped up a box of nappies and a book.

    Dd will be 11 months old this Christmas. She will probably get a good present so DS doesn't wonder why Santa would bring her nappies.

    Dd will be 9 months I want to get her something useful after Xmas at the sales as I know other people will buy things!

    I'm thinking the start of craft lol

    We had our 1st proper Christmas last year, DS was 2.9 years he understood presents but only got a present from Santa as my niece & nephew knew who Santa was & expected him to get one


    DH 37 + me 33 = DS1 3.5 & DS2 10 wks
