Default Rhino/enterovirus in 10 month old- getting worried

Looking for some reassurance here, 'cos I 'm starting to get a bit worried.
DD has had rhino/enterovirus for 2weeks now. Symptoms were initially conjunctivitis, low grade fevers every day (she's still having these) very runny nose, bad cough, red eyes, and since 2 days ago she's developed the diarrhoea side of things, with multiple runny green poos a day. Today she's gotten the vomiting, with 2 large vomits. She's been almost completely off her solids for 1 1/2 weeks. She's breastfed so I'm increasing the number of feeds a lot, and she's also taking more water than normal. I'm pretty sure she 's not dehydrated.
Under her eyes is really dark and sunken looking- she looks exhausted. The doctor at the ED did say it could last 2-3 weeks, but I'm really worried how long it's taking for this to pass- especially the diarrhoea. Any experiences or advice with this type of virus?
    Thanks in advance!!

I would go back to ED. Even if they tell you it's the normal course of the virus, at least you would feel better. Maybe even ring 13- HEALTH but I'm sure they would say to go back also. The poor darlin
