Yes 1dpo is the day where the test lightens below the control strength.

Sorry to hear of all the AF's arriving I am dpo12 today, still overseas, flying home tonight, AF due Friday so might do a test Friday morning, although I'm not hopeful at all. No symptoms whatsoever and just feeling empty inside, so I may be joining that December thread very soon with all my other friends getting AF this week...

    So sorry to hear mrstugs.
Im still waiting for af to arrive.
I was sure it would be yesterdat. Then again I dont know what is gonna happen with my cycle as I had the miscarriage.
    So im curious.
If I started mc 4th October would that make it cd1? And a 33 day cycle would mean af was due yesterday?
I haven't done a test since sunday because im sure im not utd!

Its hard to say. I think theres a range of different opinions. I would think your body probably wouldnt go back to "normal" up until your hcg was back to normal, and that can take a while.

In saying that though, when I mcd, I think I bled for about 10am days, then got af exactally 4wks after it stopped....which pre-ds was normal. My af would always come 28th days once bleeding stopped.

Sorry to butt in. Did you have a natural mc? If so cd 1 usually goes from day of losing sac or around when red blood stopped and brown started. My af returned 29 days after losing sac

Our last mc was our earliest, but keep in mind that our bodies do different things at different times. When I did a count back (we didn't ttc the month following for medical reasons) CD1 ended up being the day I passed the sac. With our later mc's, one I started cycling a week after the d&c, and the first being a late mc I bled for 3 weeks post d&c (5 weeks post partum) before cycling again.

Yes it was a natural miscarriage! It started on the 4th and I cant remember exactly when the bleeding stopped! Maybe it was a week! It was at its heaviest on the afternoon of the 4th and morning of the 5th.
I ad my levels checked and they were back at <1 oj the 17th. But they were 5 a week before that so I am guessing it was back <1 before the 17th!
