I vary month to month, so probably not the best person to answer...

Some months i get absolutely nothing.

Others i get EWCM, and pains..

The worst months i get a heavy feeling in the pelvis, which then changes to a stitch like pain, then cramps, pulling and finally strong stabbing feeling, EWCM the whole time...For about 3 days until one huge stab and its all gone...

The only month in the past i used OPKs (first month off BC pill) I had EWCM on CD16, a positive OPK and ewcm on CD17, and on CD18 had a huge stabbing like pain on the right. I had a chemical pregnancy that month.......

Question for those who have been trying for longer than they would have liked and haven't had any tests yet- at what month do you think you'll look into testing and where would you start?
We have been TTC for 12 months (Just finished AF) I Went and seen my GP last week, had bloods done thursday, and have an ultasound this thursday, an appointment friday to go over results!

I expected problems TTC this time, even before i came off BC, i just had a gut feeling it would take longer than 12 months...sadly for me i was right

All i done is went to my GP, he always asks when we are having #2...so i just followed it up with "Well, thats why we're here, we have been TTC since october last year........." and he started asking quesitons about my cycle, if i have pcos etc etc ...and just ordered tests

Just came back from a free seminar with HunterIVF and the best part (other than the extremely useful info) is that it looks like we will get an FS appt in a few weeks rather than next yr! So excited! It turns out the FS we were originally referred to is also an OB so she gets really booked out, but the other no longer practice obstetrics so it's easier to book in! So relieved that we don't have to wait until next year for me to start getting tests etc.

I still don't know enough about my body/cycle to know when I'm Oing or symptoms etc. one month I had a stabbing in my back left side just one sharp jab and that was it. It was around the right dates but dunno if it was release or not

Strega - I usually get EWCM followed by o pain, no pops or major pains.

I know you all really need to know this...I just had to undo the top button of my jeans. Really hoping it's a baby bloat and not the fertility meds talking.

Well PMS is here with a vengeance (either that or the kids were just super annoying this afternoon..) so I am thinking I won't even make it to Nov for this cycle.. At least I should get another shot at it later in the month..
