Please tell me someone did something great with their day. Mine was spent doing an assignment which I'm still a week off finishing. Can't wait for life to begin when it is finished!

Mmmm - brownies. Would love a good chick flick right now - a good romcom.

Well then - has he asked you yet? Does he know it only takes a month for the paper work to go through? I say elope and get on with the baby making - wedding ceremonies are over-rated.

I finished making a dress and skirt, so I feel somewhat productive.

I feel devastated. He hasn't asked me yet. We aren't going to prevent but I haven't been ovulating (cd113 today) so chances are very low. So no intervention til after marriage. Just had a massive breakdown.

What a tough night for you, hon. I think maybe discussing it a little more with your DP is in order. Find out his reasons, communicate how you're feeling. Possibly let him know that it can take a while to get things in motion if things aren't working right, with specialists taking months to get into sometimes. Getting your body cycling right would be a normal request even without the baby making thrown in. Perhaps let him know that this is important and at least if that is all working, then you would be ready to go when he is.

Dp and I will chat more when he gets back. His reasons are he would like to be married first and better set up, which all makes sense. I said I understand but it's also scary for me as I don't know how long it might take, then how long might it take for a second..

I won't be cancelling my gynae appointment spot though.

What a difficult situation for you. On the one hand you respect his feelings, on the other you probably don't want to waste any opportunity you can get.

Hopefully the two of you can reach done kind of decision that makes you both happy. If all else fails and you don't know when your ovulating and he doesn't know- it may just "happen" regardless!
