Oh my gosh they won't away, I almost feel like being sick.
I have started really portion controlling and also eating small meals frequently instead of not eating often but eating big meals when I do.
Last night I was naughty and had take away (long story why) and that made my stomach very crampy and painful (hasn't happened before like that) but I was very hungry.
But I woke up this morning in the same pain and discomfort, I have been good food wise today and it won't go away.
What can I do to ease it? I seriously feel like just pigging out on something to make it stop but I know that's not the right thing to do.
