I'm watching on channel 10 and next week will be the season final. This week was the episode after they attack the embassy.

Pretty dull episode I thought, until the twist at the end, didn't see that coming, wonder what it means! Any theories?

Either the USA are grooming a new asset and the one in the car will be replacing Lockart?

Or the one in the car has just changed sides completely, will be replacing Lockart and as such a major asset for the Talibans.

    Or a mix of both...

    Pretty mixed up!

Yep, I think he'll be the new director too. Did not see that coming! I'm loving this season so much more than the last one. Hoping for a big finale next week.

Yes that's what I'm wondering; if he's switched sides why was he so adamant about getting Quinn into Pakistan. And was he behind the kidnapping of Saul?? Seems both likely and unlikely, I think we're in for some massive twists next week. So many questions! I hope they answer them all next episode and don't leave us with a massive cliffhanger, I don't think I can handle waiting a year to find out what the heck is going on!

    Just watched the final episode..

Wish I actually had something exciting to post about it, but I don't.

I'll be interested to see what you all think of it 😃

What a weird episode, especially for a season final, I get that they've set up a lot of stories for next season but it would've been nice to get some closure for the story lines this season. It felt really flat, I couldn't believe the ending, I was so frustrated!

I liked seeing Carrie with Franny and seeing her step up and take responsibility, I hope that continues next season but I doubt it, looks like she'll probably be chasing Quinn down in Syria or Iraq or wherever he is.

Overall I was pretty disappointed, especially after the last 2 or 3 episodes which were so good. I'll be watching next season though to see what happens, hate having to wait so long!

WORST SEASON FINALE EVER!!! Sorry, for the shouty caps but I was really annoyed with that episode. The previous ones have been so good and that was just a let down...but at least Carrie and Quinn kissed...finally.

But now, reading previous comments above, I'm thinking that Dar Adal has switched sides because he has the video of Saul with Haqqani which he's offered to make disappear so that Saul can become CIA Director again. I reckon Saul will end up in that position but it will be compromised because of Dar Adal's actions and he will be a bit of a puppet for Haqqani.

I agree that Carrie will track Quinn down, leaving bub at home yet again.
