Default Full time work and three kids - anyone??

I'm keen to hear from other mums who work full time with three kids. How do you find it?
I currently have two DDs (aged 8 and 4) and recently went back to work full time when a great opportunity came up at work. But for some time now I have been feeling like there is still a member of our family missing. My husband isn't on board with the idea and thinks I'm crazy to even consider another one and that it'll send me over the edge, so to speak. Some day when things are a really hectic, I agree. But other days I feel like there's no reason why I can't 'have it all' by having three kids and working full time.
Please tell me your experience - good or bad I want to hear them all.

Dr Fiona Wood the burns specialist has 6 children, a challenging and successful career plus her husband is a surgeon.
Undoubtedly I'd assume she'd hire help like a cleaner and a nanny, but yes I believe you can have it all, just depends how much you want it and what you'd need to help you achieve it

I want another child but acknowledge I couldn't do it on my own with Dh's work commitments. ..so before we get there, im going to save for a nanny/mothers help and a cleaner, at least for the first 2-3mths
