Default Bleeding, clots and low fetal heart rate :(

Hey all! Just need some advice/support! All of this is TMI so I'm sorry in advance. I am 24 yrs old this is my 3rd pregnancy, I have a 4 year old daughter who was born 10 weeks early at 30 weeks due to placental abruption. I then had a miscarriage (very early) a year later. I had a D&C after months of bleeding. 12 months ago my fiancée and I decided to try again. No luck until 2 months ago. I am 9 weeks pregnant and have bled for most of it. At 6 weeks I had heavier bleeding and was told it was a threatened miscarriage. Had to wait till 7 weeks for another scan to see if I had miscarried. Rescan at 7+1 and heart beat was found 136bpm. Light bleeding g for the following 2 weeks. Yesterday I had cramps overnight (have cramped at night for the last few weeks) then I woke up and my pad was full. Went to the toilet and lost a lot of blood and also passed a clot the size of an apple. Went to the hospital and hopped out of the car and blood gushed down my legs and all over the floor. Had an internal check and cervix was partially open. Had a scan and they couldn't find a heartbeat. They told me I had miscarried and then did I final check (internal u/s) and found a heartbeat. Only 109bpm.I continued to bleed heavily and passed 2 more large clots. I was kept for observation as they thought I may need a blood transfusion and luckily my bleeding slowed. Once again told it was another threatened miscarriage. It has now been 24+ hours since leaving hospital and still only light bleeding/spotting. I have an appointment at the early pregnancy assessment unit in 7 days (they want to give it a week so my body can do what it needs to) to find out if my baby still has a heartbeat. Does anyone have any similar stories? I'm going crazy!

I didn't want to read and not reply. I do know that some bleeding in early pregnancy can still result in a healthy, happy pregnancy. It did happen to me, though was only light bleeding admittedly.

Hope you are ok! If pain and bleeding persists maybe go back to the hospital hope all is ok

I bled from 4 weeks to 24 weeks when my placenta abrupted with my second. I never had clots or gushes until 24 weeks though. So not sure. But wanted to wish you luck xo

Still just spotting, some light cramps/aches and resting. Still have sore breasts so staying optimistic despite what the doctors said. If I don't have faith then I can't expect anyone else to!
