    I think its a lovely name - I would use traditional spelling.

    I like it. Oleksi. It souks like Alexi to me which isn't that unusual and Olly is very common. I think it's a winner.

    I think it's a cool name! I agree I'd go with the traditional spelling....no matter what he'll always have to spell and pronouce it for people.

    I love the name!!!!!!!!!!! and I love the spelling that you wrote (Ukrainian way) I looks amazing written that way..... I loooovvee the name Olek (kinda similar) if I were to have a boy....

    If Oleksiy is the traditional spelling then I'd go with that. It really doesn't matter how you spell it because everyone will ask how it's spelt, even if you've already told them before!
