I do the same as Flaz88 at the moment with the hair tie looped through the button hole, but in the last week or so I've noticed the zip won't stay up now either - so I've got a belly band.

I'm not sure I'll bother getting maternity jeans, I wear them a lot on weekends, but it's not going to be long before the weather starts warming up so I'll be wearing more leggings, skirts and dresses than pants soon anyway.

I love the Jeans West jeans, shorts etc. I have a few different items and all r true to size and really comfy. I start wearing maternity gear or lose stuff early on as I was so bloated and hated things around my tummy.

Jeanswest maternity jeans or target maternity leggings. The leggings in particular are extremely comfortable.

With my first I used a belly belt & belly band but found I was constantly pulling my jeans up, so I ended up getting a pair of maternity jeans from pumpkin patch. I wore maternity jeans from 10wks with DS.

With this pregnancy I went straight to maternity jeans at 7wks. I'm using the same pumpkin patch jeans from DS but also got a pair of Egg maternity jeans that are so comfy and look & fit like real jeans. When I went searching for maternity clothes a few weeks ago Pumpkin Patch had next to nothing, rumour has it that they are discontinuing their maternity line.

I have a couple of belly bands, but hardly use them...I don't find them that comfortable and would prefer to wear a long singlet (the ones with maternity bras built in are good. At 12 weeks I found maternity jeans (I had some from my last pregnancy) to be too big around the waist and they kept creeping down, so I used one of my DDs hair ribbons to loop through the button hole and tie around the button of my regular jeans, then wore the long singlet to cover the open zip. Now, at 21 weeks I'm in my old maternity jeans...I wear them pretty much everyday, but I expect once the weather warms up ill opt for dresses because they'll be more comfy...

I used the belly band mainly over work pants or skirts and I ended up buying the jeans west maternity jeans when l no longer fit my usual jeans. I liked that the jeans west jeans were skinny jeans.

I found Pumpkin Patch maternity jeans so long and I'm only a shorty so getting them taken up might be a waste of time and money if you are short like me.

I also had a belly band but didn't like it much, it just felt odd.

I got some maternity jeans from Autograph, still use them and my bub is 8 months. Love them so.comfy and got them in a few different colours.

I got given two bands but never used them. I bought maternity jeans but only wore them for bit dressier occasion. I got black ones. Every other day I wasn't working I was in tights as they were most comfy. I also recently got a black cotton pair of pants from Suzanne which I love too. Don't spent too much on jeans I bought a medium pair when I was three months and not even 6 weeks later I had to buy another pair in large as they were too tight already
