day three for me I was miserable!!! I didn't know what was wrong with me. I also felt sick and anxious. I had a nap. ..a cup of tea. Sounds silly. And a shower. Some fresh air.
Hugs. I felt miserable that day.

Just go with it! I cried for 3 weeks after having my first child, I cried at every opportunity. Now I look back and laugh. Just take your time, especially while you are in hospital with little responsibility.

All I can advise is let it out, dont try to bottle it up. Hugs to you.

From about day 3/4 I cried every time my baby cried but for me it didn't last that long. You'll feel better soon

It's awful, isn't it? The baby blues hit me hard with both boys on night 2. With my second only a few weeks ago I asked the midwives to take him to the nursery for three hours. That small block of sleep changed everything and the world was much brighter on day 3. Is it at all possible to get a few hours break? If not, just be gentle to yourself and bub, and let it all out.

Be kind to yourself. I remember the baby blues, they sucked big time.

Just remember to take a deep breath. If you can have a cuppa, a nice shower and even something as washing your hair (if possible!), it helps.
