    I found they helped a fair bit in the early days and they are way delicious. Try so,e of the dough raw too- even more potent. They aren't good for the waistline though

    Are you having supply probs?

    Yes they work but I got over eating them. Brewers yeast is an acquired taste! I just googled for the recipe, they are all the same. Brewers yeast is key.
    They are good to snack on while feeding, I used to get reall hungry. But as I said, good in the beginning but buy the end if the batch, I couldn't look at another one. I only made the one batch and it helped boost my supply when bub was about 4 weeks old

    Still in hosp with baby haha. Only born 2 days ago so no supply issues yet......just want to make sure my supply doesn't have issues and I want to beable to ebm as well

    I just added heaps of chic chips to hide the yeast taste, I know they're not great for me but I figure having enough milk was more important than me eating a bit of chocolate (unless your baby is sensitive to chocolate!)
