Default Sinus headache when pregnant - what's safe to take?

So I've had really bad hay fever this week, & for about three days I've had a sinus headache....

Panadol just isn't shaking it. I just wondered if anyone knows of anything else that's safe in pregnancy ??

Claritine is ok to use for hayfever.

    Zyrtec is not.

Found this out last week from my OB and pharmacist.

Mind you claritine has not helped me at all

Panadene Extra, it's paracetamol with a small does of codeine, available over the counter. There are others like Panadene Forte but you need to see your GP or OB to get a script.

Have you tried a anti-histomine? Polaramine is safe to take in pregnancy & is available over the counter. I use this daily at the moment and that alone seems to be staving off the sinus headaches.

If it's really that bad, you can take Panadeine Forte. You'll need a script from your doctor.
