Hey, mine finally arrived just before I moved.

Mine seem to have less in them:
    Calcium 50mg 5%
    Chromium 200mcg 167%
    Potassium 50 mg 1%
    Garcina cambogia (fruit rind) 1000mg
    Extract (with 60% HCA)

Mine are white capsules. Dose is 2 per day.

I started taking them last week. I think they help to suppress appetite as I haven't been as hungry or able to eat as much as usual.

I have no starting measurements as I have no idea where packed the scales or measuring tapes.

HarvestMoon - how long was it once you started feeling a loss of appetite?
Have you noticed any other differences?

So far ( and i have only taken three lots) i am noticing nothing different. I didnt really expect to but thinking this is a 30 day period i should be feeling something soon.

Probably only a few days later really. I had a bubble tea one day last week and could barely finish it. It was the only thing I had food wise all day. I felt full like I'd eaten a huge meal for ages later.

I've noticed I've been more bloated than usual even though I'm eating less. I'm not sure if that's a side effect?

    DAY 7:
    Starting weight - 58kg
    CMS around middle - 86cms

My meal plan continues to consist of:
Weight Watchers fruit for breakfast with green tea
Boiled Egg for morning tea with green tea
Lamb and cheese sandwich on rye bread for lunch with green tea
Either another Fruit cup or an apple for afternoon tea with green tea
    Protein and salad for dinner

    Exercise:
An hour on the treadmill 5 x per week, plus 3 x per week of weights, and various sit up exercises.

    ALOT of water.

Keeping up with the healthy eating and the exercise plan.

Not feeling much of a difference yet but my stomach does feel slimmer. My DP even commented it. I told him to keep it up to keep me motivated!

Still have a decent appetite. Also have a fair bit of energy which is unusual for me. I usually have to force myself to be motivated.

I dont know if the cleanser is actually doing much - or it might just be early stages...

Oh well, onward and upward. Hopefully more results next week.

I did some googling and apparently bloating is a common side affect. It's quite bad, I feel as if I'm a fair few months pregnant and having to waddle around..lol. If it helps me lose weight, will be worth it.
I still don't have much of an appetite and am finding I often can't finish meals which is really unusal for me.
I found my scales so I can do a comparison next week and see if any kgs have actually come off.

Well according to the scales I'm a kg down since this time last week. So no significant loss. I haven't actually been eating very well, haven't exercised and broke my hand so have a cast which would probably add weight. So maybe overall the result wasn't too bad?

How are you going @bpac? Have you had any results?

Just wondering if you ladies kept taking the Garcinia? And if it has worked?
