    Default Meal ideas

Okay - I need a meal idea for tonight for friends. Needs to be one I can drop off to them around dinner time. Also gluten free and pregnancy and child friendly.

What meals did you enjoy receiving if you were to have any?

Sausage rice - Gordon Ramsay recipe & it's one of our favourites. Also a lasagna with gluten free sheets, tuna bake. Now it's got me thinking about our tea tonight....

    Pesto chicken pasta.

Just get the rice pasta (gluten and wheat free in a green bag. Normal gluten free tastes kinda ick,) jar of pesto, 300ml of cream, cut up chicken breast/thigh/etc.

You can add grated carrot, zucchini, all that yummy stuff or just have the pesto and cream sauce. Cook the chicken/pasta, add all the ingredients together and mix it up, heat it and nom. So tasty.

Too funny - just cooked this one for them recently when we were both busy - I love how quick and tasty it is.

Thank you for ideas ladies. Will pop over to taste site now and look up some of your recommendations.
