    Default High calorie with cmpi?

My 10 month has cmpi (cows milk protein intolerance)... She's also has some other medical complications causing her to be very slow at putting on weight.
Now she's eating solids. .a mixture of puree and other foods I'm trying to think of ways I can add high calories into her diet. If it wasn't for cmpi I would do what other mums do with bubs like her and add cheeses and butter etc.

Any ideas for high calories. .. I'm struggling to think of things???

My dd also has cmpi- she eats a lot of avocado as she is also struggling with weight gain, I completely understand how hard it is to increase fat intake with the limited diet! I use nutalex in her mashed veggies, is she ok with nuts? They're high in fat as well?

    - Nut butters, almond or macadamia or peanut - on rice cakes or toast
    - Eggs - boiled or pancake or frittata
    - Put flax seed or coconut oil on her veggies or salads
    - Salmon, tuna or oily fish
    - use avocado instead of butter

Thanks. Yeah she's likes avocados. I've been mashing that up in stuff.
I bought nuttelex bit is low in fat yes???? Hadn't thought of nuts. .. She's not old enough to eat them on their own but I could use nut oils.
