Default Hot bath in first trimester?

Help me put my mind at ease. Last night I had a nice bath , just warm and started feeling a bit cold so I added some hot in, I only added a little bit too the water I didnt think was really hot. After a few mins I started feeling a bit too hot ( like hot in the face and a little light headed) so sat up had a drink and opened the window....I got out a few mins after and my skin was a little pink. Im freaking out that ive done damage. Im 5 weeks which is such a crucial time. Should I worry?

No. You got out when you felt too hot. Don't worry. I had loooong baths all the way through with no probs and often pretty warm to help with ligament and muscle pain. I'm sure you'll be fine

What she said unless you stayed in the hot water for too long it wouldn't have had time to heat your core temp high enough to affect your little grain of rice

I have also had baths all throughout too... I don't know how I'd have coped without them actually!!!
