Just to add, my DD is an awesome eater and drinks water at daycare so I wasn't too concerned about her not drinking ebm. They provide a good variety of food, and feed her dinner which I provide plus I still feed 2-4x overnight.

She is a great eater & will happily go without a feed, I just worry that if there is ever an occasion where she needs to take a bottle it will be too traumatic for her.

My 8 month old is the same. My doctor advised me that a large percentage of bf babies will never take a bottle or drink formula. She reassured me babies will not starve themselves to death and take it if they really need it, and they really can go several hours without any harm caused. It's frustrating though thinking if I go out she won't go to bed as she doesn't have a feed...
I have recently had some success in using a pigeon magmag spout cup taking small amounts of water or juice, but not ebm or formula. I was not forceful and let her play with it for awhile, and now after a few weeks she has got the hang of drinking from it. Hoping to progress to milk but its baby steps ...
