It's just DH and I, we are normally laying in bed around 9.3p, but the light doesn't go off until more like 10-10.30. He gets up for work around 6, and me 30mins later.

Dh and I go to bed pretty much as soon as the kids go to bed but then chat and watch tv or something before sleep.

I am generally in bed by 9-9.30. DH was stating up am extra hour or so but has finally realized that coming to bed a bit earlier results in him being less sleep deprived and grumpy!

During the week (I work full time) my cut off is 10:30pm for bedtime. I'll go to bed earlier if I'm really tired.

Usually it's not much later on Friday/Saturday nights because DS gets up between 6:00-7:00am in the mornings. Staying up beyond midnight would mean I don't get enough sleep, so midnight is a cut off!
