Default Do YOU have a bedtime?

What time do you go to bed? Do you (and DH, DP etc) have a 'bedtime' as such or just whenever you're tired?

DH & I used to go to bed at the same time, around 10/10:30ish, but since having the kids I'm ready for bed by about 9pm! 💤💤💤 If I'm not in bed by 9:30 I start to fret lol! DH usually comes to bed about 10ish still.

Usually 10.30 but ends up being 11. Sometimes I will go earlier and DH later but most nights it's together at 10.30. Writing that makes me feel old haha.

I have set myself a bedtime of 10.30, although I am currently reading the happiness project and it has inspired me to try to 'switch off' even earlier!

Usually DH and I try to go to bed at 10:30 but sometimes it's earlier if I'm really tired. DH struggles to go to sleep if I'm not within so he hassles me to go to bed when he does. Sometimes I like to be a bit defiant 😠... But usually I feel guilty and head to bed too.
