    Default aching legs

    hi all im 28 weeks pregnant and i work as a chef (on my feet all day) im just wondering if any of you had some good ideas/techniques for bad aching feet,legs,hips and back.ive tried swimming and wheat packs but no good.its keeping me up at night and its a little frustrating.
    any replies would be greatly appreciated

    It worked for me but maybe my leg pain may have been mild compared to yours as I certainly wasn't on my feet like you! But elevating my legs helped. On a bed up high on a few pillows for a few hours.

    I had the same problem. My legs and ankles killed all second trimester I sat at a desk all day and couldn't put them up I was in agony and when I'd get home be in tears they were so painful. Only now they arnt nearly as bad and I am towards end of pregnancy most likely due to putting my feet up during the day as I'm on mat leave. I didn't find anything relieved it other than putting feet up helped.
