Umm I nap every single day when DS sleeps except Tuesdays as I work and even then I'd like to sneak under my desk for a quick 2 hour nap... Haha

Who are these people, and do they have kids? I mean kids NOW, not justa distant memory of having had kids...

I was EXHAUSTED during my third pregnancy, all I wanted to do was sleep. I'd be telling those people to shove their opinions where the sun don't shine, TBH!!

    I'm going to say no.

....Only because I can't since my kids are too old and they'd do something mischievous if I slept and it's just not fair *stomp* *stomp* *stomp*

Kidding. Of course you can nap OP! If you have the chance, grab it and nap, nap, nap! Nap I say!

You don't need to justify yourself at all....my DD had stopped her nap when DS was born. I've had about 2 day naps in 8 months, I'd do anything for one. Enjoy it whilst you can
