Any luck on those scientific forums Father? Did you end up going on there and posing all these questions and posting graphs? I'd be interested what people in the field say about them.

You've backed your claims out by cherry picking. Ive told you before, I don't know a lot about climate science. But I do know a lot about vaccines, I strongly support them, but I could go right now, and cherry pick a huge amount of information that would make it seem like vaccines don't work, they are dangerous etc Even though it is completely untrue.

That is the beauty of science, anyone - and I mean anyone can always twist the results to suit their own agenda.

Just one question, I really want you to answer it, don't try and fob it off with more questions etc.

What do they have to gain? What is their agenda? People like David Suzuki and Al Gore. Why would they even bother doing what they do if it is wrong?

It is their ideology. Suzuki himself said that humans are just like maggots. Al Gore thinks that we should control the population. To put it simply, they are anti-human. Your words before sort of echo these comments.

No, I think we should stop being so bloody destructive, greedy, and disrespectful to the planet in the first place.
That it their ideological view and they want people to think the way they think. That is 'what they have to gain'.

First you say that I don't back my claims with science, now apparently I am cherry picking.
Which claim have I made that is cherry picking?

Do you even know what cherry picking means? If you did, you would not have to ask me that question.

So the exact same as you then. That is exactly what you are doing.

How sad that some see people wanting to help save the planet and ALL it's inhabitants as just an 'ideological view.'

ETA: and I believe I posted in another thread Al Gore's qualifications to be a prominent voice for climate change, shall I post them again?

Most scientific bodies officially recognise that global warming on this scale, is due to human involvement. Hardly completely made up, but I can see what you are saying. It isn't the scientists themselves, but rather scientific bodies around the world. Split hairs all you like, you are still in the tiny, tiny minority - who uses people who study politics to back up your claims, rather than scientists. Sure there are a few scientists that don't agree with the consensus, just like there are some doctors and medical scientists that think vaccines are evil.

I have a graph - I know you love graphs, that shows the amount of scientists from certain bodies, who believe global warming on this scale is due to humans. Don't know how to post it up here though.

    AGU/AGS members 84%

The top 200 most published climate scientists 98%

    The most published climatologist 98%

    climatologists 88%

Earth science faculty / researchers 82%

    Climate scientists 94%

So argue semantics, 97% is all made up etc. This is not made up, this is fact.

    Information obtained from the PEER reviewed studies of;

    Farnsworth & Lichter (2011)
    Anderegg et al. (2010)
    Doran & Zimmerman (2009)
    Bray & Von Storch (2008)

Which claim of mine haven't I backed up with science?

Yes, very sad. Reminds me of the tobacco giants, when they knew smoking caused cancer, continually denying it even though they knew the truth.

Of course I do. You have said that my claims are cherry picked. Which claims are you referring?
