Default Beauty treatments in first trimester and beyond?

My skin has been really bad since becoming pregnant (11 weeks) - my face has broken out badly and my back and shoulders aren't much better! I would love to book myself into the day spa for a facial, body scrub and a massage, but I've heard that even pregnancy massage isn't really recommended in the first trimester.

Are there any beauty treatments, products, etc that I should be avoiding??

If you go to a good day spa they will know which treatments to avoid in pregnancy and may even have some special treatments put together for pregnancy. Just a simple facial and a back scrub and swedish massage would be absolutely fine

Avoiding essential oils in the massage is some times recommended.
