Default Clear blue digital conception indicator

    How accurate is it ?

Going by my lmp I should be 6+1 but the conception indicator says 2-3. My dates could be out, but I should be around 5 weeks at the very least.

From memory, I got 1-2 weeks at 4+2, 2-3 weeks at 4+4 and 3+ weeks at 5+4. I didn't test on the days in between with a digi though so not sure when it would have changed over. Could you have ovulated late?

    Yeah I could have.

This is a surprise bub. I have a 6 month old dd and I've had 2 af's since her birth. I wasn't really keeping track of my cycles.

I got a bfp just over a week and a half ago.

If it were me I would test again in 3-7 days. Digi tests aren't completely acccurate at predicting dates from what I've heard so its doesn't sound too far out from your dates.

I had an hcg done on Friday and it was around 1100. I'm not booked in for my dating scan till next Friday.

Gah why did I do another test. I knew it would just stress me out

Strange...at 1100 it should be clicking over to 3+. Could be a dodgy test or dilute pee. If you're worried you could get a repeat bt, otherwise wait for your dating scan.

Yes, they must! I used sooo many tests while ttc. Then more when I got my bfp. Do anything to keep yourself more relaxed/less stressed. I stressed so much unnesessarily in the 1st tri.

The conception indicator was not accurate for me. It's supposed to read 3+ when hcg is > 2000. Mine still said 2-3 at 5w1d and freaked me out badly. Had a BT the next day and levels were 4512.

I used one and got my BFP. Read the instructions carefully. If your LMP makes you 4 weeks the indicator will read 1-2. It only measures from time of conception, not the medical standard from LMP. It is only a guide and should be followed up with blood tests for accurate confirmation.
