I been taking temp but it's all over the place so can't help sorry!

Just wondering, is it ok to do a hard cardio session while on clomid? When I was doing ivf the fs advised me not to just wondering if its the same with clomid?

Hi muzzy I think the exercise is ok... With Ivf your ovaries are all swollen and exercise can cause injury where as with clomid it just helps ovulation.. I'm no doc but that is my general understanding.

I did my first opk test tonight and the result is SUPER SUPER close, i don't think it is positive but because its very close does that mean that I could be ovulating soon?

I always have difficulty with opks they never really give me a true positive.. I find it's easier to see when they start to go dark and then light again.. They suck..

Welcome newbies! Hope you are all coping ok. Well AF arrived today, it's funny how even though I was told I didn't ovulate this month I still hold out that small amount of hope that I did later than the blood test. Anyway, back to see FS next week, I'm hoping for a new plan!
