Default Medela Breast Pump & Breast Shield - What size are you?

Excited to be expecting twins early Jan however seriously started to think I need to get everything in order. One thing is the breastpump. Midwife has recommended a Hospital Grade pump and suggested hiring a Medela Symphony but not sure of what size breast shields I need as they have so many options. My question is... have you used a Medela breast shield and were you happy with the standard 24mm size breast shield or did you need bigger size shield? I am almost a F cup if that helps

It's not the size of the breast you need to worry about but the size of your nipple. I have large nipples the 24mm is too small but the 27mm is too big

My local baby shop had a piece of cardboard so that you could measure your nipple size

    Good luck with your babies

    DH 37 + me 33 = DS1 3.5 & DS2 8 wks
