    Same than greenmom. My only symptoms during 1st trimester was tiredness at night and a few pimples here and there

    I had all-day nausea with DD from about 5wks to 13/14wks when it gradually went away.

    I think it's only something to worry about when you have MS and it suddenly stops during the first trimester. Even then it's likely to be ok if everything else has been normal.
