Oh gosh, what a stressful situation!!
Good on you for being in charge and going to the hospital when you're in pain.
I hate hearing the 'try not to worry' advice, so I won't say it to you, I'm hoping you can get some sleep.

What did the doctor say to you that made you scared to go to sleep?

DaenerysT the doctor told me that there's a 1% chance of a random collapse without pain or bleeding that can happen anytime with an ectopic pregnancy - and they only get 1 hour to save you if that happens as you literally bleed into your abdominal cavity!

That scared the cr@p out of me as I want to be here to see dd1 grow up!

Thats what happened to my ls. They said she was fine had a little pain and tube burst and nearly died and she just her second etopic in a row like a month apart. They dissolved her recent pregnancy last week to save her last tube. If u have any pain go to the hospital and demand an ultrasound they will be able to tell as if there isn't a sac in the uterus. I had a sac at 4ish weeks with low levels. They can see the start of a pregnancy very early. Hope everything goes well x

So I was at work today and had a tiny amount of blood on wiping. Got myself straight to the hospital where hcg was tested again - level came back @ 1200. It's still rising but not quick enough,

They have told me they expect me to miscarry overnight but have also scheduled another appointment at the EPAC I've been attending (which has been bought forward by one day as a result of my bleeding today) for tomorrow morning. The ED doctor told me that they should be able to find something on ultrasound now finally to assess if it is ectopic.

So more waiting and I lose a day of work as a result.

The way I'm going the only way I will feel surprised at this rate is if they tell me there's a heartbeat.
