Default Solids / feeding routine for baby

Hi just wondering what your babes feeding routine is?
My 8 month old has only just started to accept solids the past week and don't know the best time to give her them, what and how much... Before bottle? After? Thanks

I breast fed my DS, but at that age I did milk feeds at 7am, 11am, 3pm and 6.30pm. And I offered solids at 8am, 12 and 5pm. I had weaned him off overnight feeds by that age.

I assume its the same for formula feeding - milk should be offered first. I was giving him home made purees which I would freeze in an ice cube tray. He would have one meat, two veg and two fruit (with yoghurt).
