No one should answer for Dr.M except Dr.M it's a very frustrating office to deal with.

A good rant always feels better I'm glad your not going to let his office staff get in the way of your treatment Sooty.

What gets me going about Gwenyth is that by the time women end up on Dr.M's doorstep most of us have been TTC for years, multiple miscarriages and you just think she'd have a little compassion to make this journey a little easier!!

Always here if you need a rant

It sucks that you're having such a bad time with the doctors office. Have your clinic in South Africa said anything about the medications etc?

I think you're majorly stressing about nothing. If you are so worried about the meds then don't take them. Like she said, it's your choice. Perhaps the receptionist was having a bad day. however she more or less told you what we have told you on here, we, I hope, were just a little more polite about it. You've got more chance of dying when you drive in your car but you wouldn't think twice about driving!
Stress is never good in IVF!

Oops on my phone and I hit send lol, no point asking the South African clinic or at least Dr. LeRoux about immunology meds.I got an email from him that there is no scientific evidence to suggest an immunity protocol has beneficial results. He did agree to use intrapilids though.

Alice is right so much stress is not good for an upcoming IVF cycle. It is a very stressful office, I only call to get an appointment and that is it. Hang in there Sooty

Thanks girls. Not stressing, which you may find hard to believe. Just don't like slack service from support staff. It's my personality, and I'm not going to stress over trying to change the way I am and always have been. ho ho xx - thanks for helping though, I do appreciate it and know you all mean well.

Sooty May I don't know the drugs involved, or the particular medical challenges you face, but I empathise with the feelings you must be having. It's really hard to just let go when there is so much at stake, and you, like me, sound like someone who likes to have some control. I believe you are doing really well and I am glad you are taking the stupid Humira. I get the feeling that everyone on this thread is so so so on your side, including me. There are so many frustrating let downs in life, all the time, every day, so don't let these silly ladies on the office get under your skin. They are pains. Hang in, like Crystal said. Hang in, pump yourself with all the drugs, and say a prayer, as I shall, for you xxx

    Yay!!!!

I'd try and organise your drugs asap encase you have any issues trying to obtain them. If you are anything like me, the closer it gets if you're not organised the more stressful it can be.

Hi Tiggy!!!!!!!!!!! I have my scripts for everything I got my Triptorelin depot injection from my GP and I already have estrogen from my cycle in South Africa so all is good. I'll soon order my depot injection but not quite yet. Its probably safer sitting at the Chemist for a little longer then under my sink. I'll likely order that the first week of November so if it has to be ordered in there's lots of time. I have 45 days of Gestone and 45 days of cyclogest so I'm fine on the progesterone front as well...lol. I'll get more while in the Czech Republic because Crinone is very expensive here. YAAAHHHHHH!!!!! December 17th is our day

Sooty, make sure you ask the clinic in Cape Town for extra Gestone at your transfer they'll try to tell you to order it from the International pharmacy but don't listen to her. tell her you want it from them its cheaper I also got extra estrogen because its cheaper too

Alice, I have to be organised well in advance or I get grumpy...
