Default Recipe for coconut chicken curry

    Hi
My 2.5 yr old ds had a coconut chicken curry at day care the other day and apparently went back for seconds - unheard of. Does anyone have any recipes they could share as I'm thinking of trying to make one for him myself seeing as he liked it so much. Not the best cook so the simpler the recipe the better if possible.
    TIA

Coconut milk in a can at Aldi's has a curry recipe on it. You can pro ably substitute the meat for any kind.

I have made it several times and quite like it. I just go off the tin each time so do t have the recipe.

If you have a slow cooker there is a recipe base for mild chicken curry. It has the coconut milk in it. Just look in the gravy aisle at the supermarket. Its easy peasy & yummy.
